  • Clean the turbine-- Wet cleaning, if provided
  • Clean the compressor (in operation)

  • Clean and check (visually check) the compressor casing, insert, diffuser and compressor wheel
  • Restore the turbocharger for operation

  • Major overhaul
  • 12,000 ... 18,000 operating hours: Remove, clean and check all components of the turbocharger. Check gaps and clearances on reassembly
